We are pleased to offer unique cluster brush rollers, for which a special brush design was worked out.
For brush rollers, opening are made in a certain order in the brush axis. The drilling process is computer controlled; profile and diameter of openings depend on the purpose thereof. The application area is the principal factor defining selection of material for the brush and pattern of openings to be drilled. After the openings in the brush axis are made, the selected material is mechanically hammered into (fixed in) the openings in bundles.
This technology of brush creation creates advantages of optimum flexibility when filling the brush. The cluster brush rollers are characterized by high quality and favorable price/quality ratio, presenting economically attractive and effective multipurpose solution.
Variety of combinations of brush material, filling and density means that cluster brush rollers and wheels may offer solution nearly for each situation.
A standard series of brush rollers (with journals or just openings in the axis) with even filling and fill profiling is manufactured. Besides, the Company delivers customized brushes and brush rollers for special individual application.
Cluster brush rollers are applicable for all branches of industry for operation in dry and damp environment.
Effectiveness of cluster brush rollers increases or decreases depending on material selected. Properties of the selected material should comply with the intended application.
For instance in printing production, the brushes would require some chemically resistant material, whereas in other branches, selection criteria should include abrasion resistance, flexibility or hardness.
In single-row spiral brushes with the least inner diameter 5 mm, bristle is fixed by thread in axis, in a U-shaped steel holder. The brushes of any length are produced, with various holder width and full range of bristle types. A single-row design suits practically for any possible application. For single-row brushes, standard length brushes are made. Width may vary in a range from 2.5 to 12 mm.
Spiral bristle shape explains the name of this brush type. However, it does not convey all diversity of applications hereof. In the list of our spiral brushes, you will definitely find the one, which suits for any types of work. Spiral brushes may work in damp or dry environment, can be either firm or soft, or operate under abnormally high or low temperatures.
